Although newly licensed in 2025, I have been working in construction and house repairs, practically all my life. I worked with a seasoned construction contracting company for years doing multiple side jobs for income. I am also an experienced house renovator, every property we have purchased, I have done work on myself. I have a lot  experience with fix and flip properties, getting homes "market ready", and a multitude of miscellaneous repairs. I have built homes, sheds, and decks from the ground up! Now, I am branching out on my own and doing work for others.

 

My Hourly starts at $120 depending on the job, plus material.

And with a minimum of 2 hours work.
